I went to a local drafting supply store to get some oversized enlargements
and low and behold, they had a 3/4 skeleton view of a P-38 that measured
3'x5', so I got a copy. That's what got me thinking about it. Pretty
complicated airframe, but heck, if I wanted to do the easy thing, I would not
have started a homebuilt. I can't absolutely say I wouldn't do it someday.
Sometime maybe in the nebulous future.
