Francois don't underestimate the amount of HP you MUST put into a cooling
fan blowing air over the radiator and the oil cooler. It is way too much
for an electric fan. Small helicopters don't move at 120 MPH to take
advantage of dynamic pressure. My guess is you will need roughly
10 HP or more for the cooling fan. A 10 HP electric motor would
require 7,460 watts or 532 amps at 14 volts from the alternator. 
Not practical. 

Look at a Robinson R22 and the size of it's cooling fan blowing air 
over the engine. There is no free lunch here. Find or design a cooling fan
driven from the engine with at least two V belts.
