Well OK. We shall see if 23.8 MPH generates enough pressure across
the rad to cool it adequately. I am sure you will tell us if it works :-)>
BTW .16 HP is 8.5 amps at 14 volts. I think the rad cooling fan in my Dodge
uses close to 20 amps at 14 volts or .375 HP. The Dodge Caravan V6 engine barely
generates 100 HP going up a hill at 60 MPH and it has the advantage of
the 60 MPH air going through the grill in addition to the fan air.
