I know that this prop is only in the preliminary stages of development, but
any ideas on how much the parts kit would cost, and how much materials for
the blade would be and how difficult it would be to fabricate the blades?
Weight? I'm definately interested.

A bit early for that info as Butch can best answer the cost for the hub.
Perry is building the prototype blades so he can answer the questions of the 
blades later. I will say it will be way less than the $10K typical for the 
competition.
