Since you have a cad design (autocad or others) you can save it
in .stl format and ask for making it in stereolithography (stereo
laser hardening resin).

You got the intake manifold in the next 3-5 days if you want with the
holes and everything in place.

I don't trust plastics around engines. They tend to get brittle and crack.

This idea might work for runner models that could then be used as patterns
and core boxes made from some sort of casting material like concrete.

Again the flange is shown but should not be.
