The bolt hole on the upper left side of this manifold looks
like a problem area. I think we are going to need a stud in the
block and a nut on this stud. We will probably have to core
the pattern out to gain clearance here or go in with a small ball
end mill and mill out some material so we can gain access to the
end of the stud.
Is there enough space available to bolt (with flathead cap screws) a sub
plate to the rotor housings and then establish a new bolt pattern using
studs to attach the manifold?

Don't know. Will have to check the engine.
Here is a wire frame. If you have any comments now is the time
as we are finalizing the design. The manifold is designed to
use pipe bends and not tubing bends. Pipe bends are cheaper
and can be bent with a smaller radius. They also have thicker
walls around .109 inches thick generally speaking.
