A BD-4 is ideal. We have at least one  being built with a rotary.
Greg Richter is in Western NC with a flying Cozy turbo 13B and Ed Anderson is in 
Charlotte as I recall with a flying RV6. 
We got about three guys in Memphis building various airplanes.
