I suspect this is the pitch and roll sensor he is using.
If so it won't work in an aircraft as it is a gravity vector sensor.
An A/C  gravity vector always points toward the bottom of the aircraft and
not down. This indicates a disturbing lack of understanding of the problems :-)>
I hope he does not test it under real IFR conditions :-)>

I just wonder if that could be used to advantage when information from a magnetomometer (sp?) is compared and the difference used for skid, AOA and other attitude display?
