Today I finally got 4 suitable core box blanks all assembled and ready to
carve in time for lunch.  Spent the afternoon roughing out one of the boxes
(the one for the large runner for the front rotor).  The other 3 cores will
have additional challenges due to the bolt interfering.  Still have a little
more gouge work to do on it, but it's almost ready for the sandpaper.

Attached some photos.  Really blew my socks off when I put the pieces
together and everything matched!  Wood dough is a wonderful thing 8-)

Hey real cool Tom. You are one quarter the way there. Great.
Might be a good idea to check with the foundry and make sure 
they like it.
