Paul, I have run a one rotor Mazda engine built by Lou Ross, on

JetA. We call

it trailing injection . We put the injector in the trailing spark

plug hole.

We would start it on a shot of propane or gasoline then switch on

the fly. It

would run all night under load powering a 1kw gen. To start it up

cold or hot

or just starting in general was another set of problems. Mainly

money.

Conditioning the fuel is really a whole lot of it. There is a guy

that lives

here that holds all the patents on Bosh diesel injector pumps. He

has been

very successful in the aftermarket bolt on hp for diesel trucks.

He has very

hi pressure pumps that could help this project. Another company

back east

built a rotor for my one rotor engine that had a reshaped

combustion chamber

and very hi compression ratio. That also worked good. A friend of

mine that

I've helped on this project is now working for Moller doing a jetA

 rotary. I

didn't know till I got down there that he had bought all of the

OMC rotary

stuff. He has 1-4 rotor engines. The cost is up there because of

production
