 I think the last column is a bit suspect as it is supposed to be
 a calculated percentage of power what ever that is.
 Perhaps max power available at that RPM. >>

What is MAF?

Was this a full throttle, or nearly full throttle, hill climb?

MAF is Mass Air Flow sensor.  Near full throttle at times. 
It is an auto transmission and I did not manually shift it.

Throttle position is one of the parameters that can be monitored
but this software is limited to monitoring only four at a time
plus the time stamp. Probably a limitation of Windoze running VB.
