Sure!  Got it from Japan Direct imports.  They operate out of North

Carolina

importing "low milage" (but of course they don't say how low) engines

direct

from Japan.  From the paperwork I got (a bill of sale), the engine came

from

a '93 cosmo.

These guys have Bruce Turrentine give each of their engines the

once-over

before putting them up for sale.  They come with a guarentee to start

(for

what thats worth).

The price was a bit steep: $3750 plus shipping (an amazingly cheap

$105).

What I got was a complete 20B twin turbo (no starting gear though...
ARRRRGH!).  Knowing that Mazda doesn't have any more 20B e-shafts, I

figured

landing a couple of 12Bs and making my own wouldn't be worth the hassle

if I

could get a complete 20B in reasonable shape.  At first I thought I

would

re-use the stock turbo... now not so sure.  Paul has given me second
thoughts.

What kind of shape the engine is *really* in remains to be seen.  Once I

get

these intake manifolds into production I'll strip down the engine and

see

what's inside.

Speaking of intake manifolds:  all four runner core boxes complete,

about

1/3 of the way done with the main pattern.  One more core box to go and

I'll

be trotting the works down to the foundry for a trial run.

Ordered my 20 b today  from the same place as Tom.  Tom's came without a
flywheel and in nice shape.  The one I ordered has a dented (NOT a hole) on
the  oil pan.  Oil pan will be replaced anyway.  Mine is coming with the a
"Tracy friendly" flywheel and torque converter.  I was impressed with Japan
Direct, Bruce recommends them also. They don't always have them in stock.
Just have to remember that you are buying a used engine.....
