Sorry about that!
This should work a lot better.

It would cover the pipe the other way Chrissis. The slide was solid.
This drawing is a bit clearer. I liked the other one better as it was shorter.
This one on the other hand will give you a perfectly streamlined
system with WOT. The ball stops are now shown.

Sorry, it is the most common error in laying out this type of mechansim; first thing I look for.
I would also remove 25% of the balls, add some clearance and put in a perforated flat strip in between as a bearing cage, balls will behave better and not scrub against each other.

I think that is a good idea. A real improvemnt. Perhaps teflon.
