Mike, while wandering around the net looking for throttles I ran across

a site where this guy made an incredible 4 barrel rotary throttle as you
describe. Very very nice high precision machine work. His last entry was
that while doing static tests it would stick at midway open when he
jabbed the pedal. Glad he did not take it out on the road to test it.
That was a s far as he had gotten.
