Try NAPA. Alternatively, try Eastwood - they are a restoration company, and
I think I saw a tester in their latest catalog. I think it's eastwoodco.com
or something similar.

I wonder if I can make the "test tube" myself and only buy the fluid. I imagine
that I could just take the overflow tube from my overflow bottle and put it into
a container with the test fluid. I suppose that the exhaust gasses will find
their way out, if any.
