Maybe I'm off on my temp range and I'm open for
discussion and correction. I was thinking about false
alarms using lower threshold switches. The engine
cylinders run around 350 to 400, temps in and around
the oil pan would be in the 200 to 220 range.

I'll buy some of the 392's and give it a try. At a
buck 19 a pop I can afford to try these for false
alarms.
