Racing Beat mentioned something about needing special tools and

hard to come by.  In particular, they mentioned an "E-shaft

splitter".

What

the heck is that???  Does a 20B have a split e-shaft???!!  Maybe I

shoulda

just stuck with a ported and blown 12B.

Yes indeed the 20B e-shaft is two pieces.

Mazdaspeed and the official Mazda website has racing parts that will fit
the 20B (or had once). However, you have to have race results to buy at
discount stock parts (which no 20B are!). Try
http://www.mazdausa.com/motorsports/racing/ or if that doesn't work, I
have some printed parts breakdowns with unique part nos for the 20B. No
manuals. I do still have a couple Cosmo 20B car wiring diagram
books......in Japanese!
