I just noticed yesterday that Vans has announced the RV-10 under development,
a 4-place alum low wing similar to the other RV's.  Looks like it will also
fill most of the requirements you mention.  Would also be a great plane for a
20B or turbo 20B.  Now if we could only get Van's to make and sell the
mounts.  BTW, vans used to have links to Real World Solutions and Atkins on
their web page, but they are gone now.  I wonder what made the change.
