I am not sure about the compression ratio but I think it might be around
8.5 to one. Others on here know more about that than I.
If it is a 1989 turbo it is a 2nd gen RX7 engine.  All turbo engines
are four port. Sorry about the NACA belly inlet but I think you
would be better off going with a P51 scoop right from the start. 
Your chances of getting it to cool right out of the box are much
greater. It is very disturbing to take off and have your engine overheat 
before you can get it back on the ground. Perry and I spent days
doing that out in Palm Springs. Not a fun time.
