Let me tell you about my Idea about cooling the

Cozy.

>From the start I intended to put all my efforts in to
reducing the under the cowl pressure with active air
outlets: On the turbo side with exchaust

augmentation

and on the other side with 6" electric inline blower
rigged to extract hot air on demand.
Also the intake on the NACA will be made with

movable

lip able to vary the opening from a scoop, to

reducing

the inlet on cold days to controll engine temp.
Bulent

Won't work bulent. Don't do it. You will waste your

time.

Could hurt that rare Cosmo two rotor you have on first

flight.

Put a P51 scoop on it. You can buy these beauties off

the shelf

as hood scoops from the Hot Rod industry.

I'll go with that if you say so Paul. Nice looking inlet.

Thanks Bulent. There are a bunch on the market. Search google for "hood scoop".
Cheap too at around $150. Buy the biggest one you can find.
You could also widen it out a bit by slitting it down the middle.
