Mazdaspeed and the official Mazda website has racing parts that will fit
the 20B (or had once). However, you have to have race results to buy at
discount stock parts (which no 20B are!). Try
http://www.mazdausa.com/motorsports/racing/ or if that doesn't work, I
have some printed parts breakdowns with unique part nos for the 20B. No
manuals. I do still have a couple Cosmo 20B car wiring diagram
books......in Japanese!

For the newbies I'll chime in and say that Mazda Competition, the Mazda arm
referenced above will give you racer status with only two autocross races a
year.  I suspect that you could tell them that you are building a 20B RX-7
to race...

Also Bruce can build 20B long blocks for anyone who wants one with all new
parts...  Not sure on the price but I think less than 9K dollars.
