  Exit air duct from the Setrab oil cooler routed down through the forward
fuselage floorboard. I cant seem to find space to fit everything I want
under cowl so this is an option I'm considering.

You could assemble the hose with 1/2" of fiberglass house insulation wrapped around it and slide on a section of the next largest size of hose to finish it.

Or, wrap the insulation with duct tape and cover that with the aluminum foil tape used on heating ducts.
