Not quite....35 cents to list it (higher as the asking price goes higher),
about 2-1/2% of the selling price when sold, and another 2-1/2% if the buyer
chooses to use a credit card (and you offer it), and, if the buyer wants
escrow, about 5%  more!

Of course, you can take a check, and request the buyer to pay the escrow fee
if he wants it. Then it's only about 2-1/2%.

If the check doesn't bounce.<G>
