So Chuck what you are saying is the rotary is flying again.
Are you flying it
to Sun & Fun? If you don't mind cruising at only 160 MPH with
a 182 we can go
in formation. We are stopping in Phoenix overnight on the way.

Yes I am still flying, trying to sort out idling problems. I am having
trouble keeping Tracy's ECU programmed to give a smooth transition from
power to idle. The ECU1 makes this transition at 16" MP. Below 16" only the
primary injectors are fired, at double the "on" time. My engine behaves
erratically below 16" and it changes due to factors like uneven mixing of
2stroke oil with avgas (all I can find) on cross-country trips, and variable
(crankcase) oil consumption due to my overheated rotor [oil scraper] "O" rings.

I got a new rotor housing from Mazdatrix so I will put the new engine
together with your TES orings soon I hope, probably will not install it
before Sun-n-fun. Yes I hope to make it there again this year and looking
forward so seeing everyone there. A group flight might work if you can stop
in Safford (SAD) My friend in his Apache twin will likely be going also. 160
MPH is about all I can do anyway!

BTW I wonder if I look like Jessie's racer on short final?

That is strange. Tracy's engine works perfectly. 
Are you sure your injectors are in good shape. Sometimes they dribble
rather than spray.

Well I can call you from Phoenix and perhaps we can form up in flight at a 
specific lat long. What is a good com chat frequency to use? 
I assume everybody has a GPS. What day do you plan on leaving?
