We might be able to get a quantity buy of custom .065 wall if people are interested.
Also we could specify a longer straight leg or even a jog at the end
for the fuel injector similar to this drawing of my Kis installation.
Save a lot of pipe welding. And be a bit lighter.

The casting is part of the solution, you are heading in the right direction.

If you only knew what we have gone through in the past three years Chrissi :-)>
We investigate almost everything including composites.
The casting is 90% of the problem. A tubing manifold is straight forward
after you get past the transitions from skewed oval ports to round tubing or
pipe.
