I checked and they don't appear to have .065 in stock. All they
stock apparently is sched 40 which according to the drawing is
.140 thick. When I measure it it is more like .125 thick.

We might be able to get a quantity buy of custom .065 wall if people are interested.
Also we could specify a longer straight leg or even a jog at the end
for the fuel injector similar to this drawing of my Kis installation.
Save a lot of pipe welding. And be a bit lighter.

Anybody interested in pursuing this?

Has anybody tried looking in the yellow pages for the local tube bending shop?  Perhaps
this is a leftover of the time when the U.S. had an aerospace industry, but I used to go
to Globe Engineering in Wichita and get custom bending for next to no cost.  The trick
is to A: be real nice and look needy, and B: be willing to wait until they are running
the size tube and bend radius that you want.  Several times, when I just needed a bend
and was willing to trade sweat equity for getting what I wanted, I was allowed to look
through the scrap bin to see if I could find something that would work.  The price on
that was almost always the right one (I think once it cost me a big box of donuts
delivered right before first break, the rest of the time it was help yourself).  Anyway
it never hurts to ask.
