     Paul the 93-95 RX-7 & Jap Cosmo have the same basic bolt
pattern as the  86-91 engines. the difference is one less bolt on
plug side where 13BREW and  Cosmo starter mounts and two
additional bolts at top of rear housing. there is no reason a
86-91 flywheel and starter cannot be used IMHO. Eliminating the
need for the expensive and hard to find 13BREW/Cosmo flywheel &
starter.

Do you have a drawing of the 93 up/Cosmo  end house bolt pattern?

      Paul,
       I don't have a drawing as yet. I will try to make  one this
weekend  and send it to you. I lack CAD skills so will leave that to
you. Other than  the two extra holes at top of rear housing and one
less on plug side as I said  the bolt pattern is same as
86-91(actually 74-91). End user could add the extra  top holes very
easily and not use the extra hole on plug side if starter is  left on
exhaust side.

This is the same as the stock 20B as well (with automatic tranny
starter, the only way it came). So all 93+ FD 13Brewtt engines of
automatic tranny config and all stock 20Bs are this way as well.
