Did you ever contact Tom Jordan? If you don't wish to.... send me his
phone number on an email marked private and I will call him for an update.
I am real curious about how he is doing.
Here is a picture of his scoop for his supercharged 13B Limo EZ.

It is going to take some calling wrong numbers or trying to bug him at his
office because there are several Tom Jordans in the area. I did ask at our
local EAA meeting and they said yes they know of him but that he is not a
member of our chapter.
Anyhow, calling his office is on my list of things to do. Nice big scoop, I
wonder how many knots that costs.

Not much if you do the exit flaps right. 
Here is a shot of the rads. This setup is ideal for vertical butterfly flaps
just in front of the prop. That's Tom in the background.
