This uses the motor plate idea or the new cast bell housing idea.
It is like the Kis Cruiser but the tripods are reversed and
attached
up
near the top of the spar and down near the landing gear pivots.
Gives plenty of room along side the engine for the HKS manifold
and TO4 turbo.

My firewall is a flatten oval, 38" wide by 31" tall.
W.L. 34, top of firewall
W.L. 23.5, B.L. 16.5, stock engine mount to firewall holes, left and
right
W.L. 22, top of spar
W.L. 21, Crank shaft, C/L of motor
W.L. 20.25, B.L. 36.5 inside wing mount bolt holes, 0.5", right and
left
W.L. 17.4, trailing edge of wing.
W.L. 14.6, B.L. 7.0, stock bottom engine mount holes, right and left
W.L. 3.0, Bottom of firewall
Firewall to prop face needs to be 41"
Thrust line is 1.5 degrees up from C/L of motor
Spar is flat behind (.25") the fire wall until about B.L. 34 then
sweeps
back about 10 degrees just before the wing mount holes.

Butt line, lines that run laterally across the aircraft starting from
the
centerline of the aircraft running out board to the tips of each wing,
left
or right. Just another station line.

OK. One more question. What are the coordinates on the firewall
directly behind the large bolt that the landing gear pivots
on? That would be a very good point to feed in the compressive loads
from the lower motor mount tubes.

The best I could figure is WL 6 (- + 1"), BL 13.

Close enough since you will beef it up in there with plywood and glass plies.
A hard landing is the cause of the major loads on the motor mount.
It pays to make the load path as direct as possible to save weight.
Here is a 4130 steel device to get the lower mm tube loads directly into
the large landing gear bolt.
