Speaking of oil drain back I see
now why we are having problems. The Garret or Turbonetics oil drain
back fitting is too small and the specified restricator jet/hole may be

too

large for the rotaries 90 psi. It is sized for a 30 psi oil system.

In the book Maximum Boost by Corky Bell on page 42 fig. 4-4 shows the oil
line from the engine to the turbo with a .055-.065 restrictor and the
pressure after the restrictor to be 30 psi.  He relates idle, hot min.
pressure 5 psi with min. flow 0.1 gal/min and max load min. pressure of 25
psi with min flow of 0.5 gal/min at the turbo oil inlet.  He said to go by
the manufacturer's specs.
