I take strong exception to your comments about judgement calls.

Both the cases cited exhibit gross overreaction because the people we hire
would rather pass the buck and spend literally thousands of our dollars than
use some semblance of judgement.

The two cases cited probably resulted in costs of over $50,000.00.

Maybe they should apologize to us.
