water?  I have four tube Manometer use to sync motorcycle carbs it has
Mercury in a reservor and vents to static atmosphere.  No markings on the
face,  your just supposed to adjust each carb so they pull evenly.  works
pretty good.  Have to be careful not to open the throttle to much or you'll
pull mercury into the carb. (not good).
