Hi,
Any pointers on removal of a 13B? Like the preferred way to remove the
wiring harness. Is it easier to take the trans out with the motor
attached?
If anyone is interested I have the "Aerodynamics of Prorulsion" by
Kuchemann & Weber. Chapter 12 is the cooling info. It takes 6 megs in a
pdf
file available off line if anyone is interested.

Joe,
If you have a little time before your removal and replacement (R & R), you
might want to get a copy of Bruce Turrentine's "13B R&R". You can get it
through Tracy. ...pull the passenger door threshold and peel back the
carpet to get at the harness ...take the tranny off. There are lots of good
shortcuts (timesavers) from someone who R&R's 13B motors in < 2 hours, hood
open to test drive.
