Did Mazda put a 13b in any of their trucks/pickups, or just the RX7?

They did, but I don't know what years etc.

Is the 5 speed transmissions the same in the RX7 and the truck, or is the
truck a more heavy duty unit?

Turbo tranny RX-7 by far the toughest.

Does anyone know what spline the input shaft is, on the five speed?

The spline is the same on all 13B's.
