Don't forget to look at teflon encapsulated O-rings from Creavey.com
By now Jeff Chrysler at Creavey will know the exact sizes needed.

These O rings are good to 500 degrees F and give an extra margin
of safety in the event the engine is inadvertently overheated.
That has been known to happen many times as we go through the
cooling system development process.

Let me know if you are interested in going this route as we have lots
of data on the subject.
