Nothing you can't do with a hacksaw and a drill press.
It will fit a six port with a bit of die grinding on the ports
as well as four port turbo and a late 13B turbo. Probably the
Cosmo too.

It is designed to use cheap 1 1/4 and 1 1/2 inch aluminum pipe
bends from RB Wagner.

Pipe is bigger and cheaper than tube.
What is shown are the inner parts of the runners and the flange.
The casting itself will appear filled in around the runners.

You are good with that Rino package! However, if I understand your
comment that the drawings are of the inner portion (the holes) of the
runners, it would appear that the two center ones are not close enough
together for all the inner intake ports I have seen on the 13B. I have to
squish the two tubes going there so the will fit close enough together.
What am I missing?

The flange is half an inch thick so what you can't see is how they come
together buried in that half inch. This is also preliminary and there
will be slight changes.

Here is the final version more or less. The two problem bolts are
shown with extended bosses. The one in the middle is the pre 93
problem bolt and the one on the right is the post 93 problem bolt.
