Marc,

Look in your local Yellow Pages for companies that
specialize in public address & sound systems installations,
fire & burglary system installations, etc. The sound system
guys string that stuff every day & shouldn't have a problem
cutting some for you. You might have to accept an extra
conductor or 2, & it might have a slightly heavier &
stronger jacket than PVC if you insist on braided shield.
FWIW, high quality brands of cable like Belden

can use a foil wrapped shield & included 'drain' wire & have
superior shielding relative to braid.

P/N 9968 meets your spec, but Belden makes dozens of
different cables that will work, & to get a cut off a roll
you might have to take whatever the shop likes to use.
