20b going in Velocity XLFG

On my 20B the studs came out with the nuts on them, they are made that
way by Mazda, one use manifold nuts (inconel) that are sacrificial to
boot. Many of the FD and 20B turbo and exhaust system nuts are lock
threaded by machining some type of deformity on them that lock when
tightened on the stud. Studs and nuts are often trash after removal.
However, if you make a mess of the stud threads in the housings, you can
helicoil them
PS. Those studs and nuts are very expensive needless to say.
