I am making progress on the core boxes for the new manifold.
This is the first set I feel that is workable.

These are tricky to make.

Should have them in a couple of weeks as each one takes
overnight on the stereo lithography machine. I need four
sets for a total of eight runs.

This is going to cut thousands of dollars off the price of a pattern.

Now THAT is *cool*!  I could never have attempted the serpentine joint in
the core boxes.  That is going to make ramming up the cores a lot easier.
CAD is great stuff.  Beats the heck out of trying to hand carve it all!
