Looks like you have enough room back there for two 13Bees.
Are you sure the prop flange is 41 inches aft of the firewall?

I need dimensions on the exhaust manifold to know exactly where
the turbo goes.

Mounting the rads in the wings is not such a great idea.
Unless of course you want cowl flaps on top of the wing
and wide P51 ducts under the wing.

Neither one of them cool that great.
Perry has fewer choices as he has a Long EZ with less room
under the cowl.

My suggestion is put the rads under the engine.
