Hi, Paul....I have a 13B that was originally set up to run plugs up. I wish to convert to normal
mounting (oil pan mount on order). I removed the oil pan that another builder had constructed,
(see photo number one). and upon removal of the oil pan, found the following (see photo number
two). My question is, what is missing (if anything) to convert back to "pan down" mounting. It
appears that the pickup tube has been altered, so I'm sure I need to replace that. Any other
problems evident to you? Finally,  best source for oil pan, pick-up tube and pan mounting
bolts that are an extra 1/2 inch long to allow for the mounting plate?  Thanks in advance for your

Wise move :-)
You will need a stock oil pick up tube and screen.
Try Dave Atkins in Puallup Wash. or Dennis Hayes at Rotary Engineering
in Redmond Wash. Both have a huge stock of used parts.
