I suppose to get a rich enough mixture around the spark plug.
I don't really know. I notice on the web site they are also
claiming they can burn diesel without a turbo charger.
That is a bit surprising to me. I assumed the extra heat 
in the intake charge due to the turbo compression  was 
necessary to make the diesel fuel volatile enough to 
ignite in the first place. Perhaps the secret is a high 
energy ignition system. Come to think of it I did see
an intercooler on their engines. That confused me a bit at
the time.

The power and the BSFC is no great shakes. If you are thinking
of better fuel consumption forget it. If you are burning
farm fuel and not paying taxes on it that is another matter 
entirely.
