I dunno about this not working- in the fire service, we pump water at around
150#s or more, and use an eductor(pretty much like the exhaust setup we're
talking about here) to siphon foam concentrate out of buckets. The foam
concentrate is at ambient (atmospheric ) pressure. So what the heck- I'll
just make an exhaust eductor like I'm describing next time I get down to the
welding shop and stick it on my motorcycle or car exhaust and see what kind
of results I get.

If we could do this , and use the intake vaccum at low RPM/low manifold
pressure, we'd have an interesting device. There probably is a reason that it
has not been used- but who knows?
