BTW there are a lot of folks over here cutting diesel with vegatable oil ,
kerosene and methanol { to avoid coking  up } especially since a brief disel
shortage { very illegal disrupion of depots - surgical  operations got
cancelled at which point the political protests fizzeled  out }  and the last
few tax hikes - as in " read my lips "  ........
