This is an idea Chrissi had (I think) of using a combination
of the motor plate motor mount and the Schertz
Beam. This ties everything together making it super
strong. The torsinal stiffeness of engine PSRU is
also enhanced. The two pieces of 1/2 inch alumiunm
plate can be pocket milled where necessary to save 
weight. Good idea Chrissi.
