My B9EV  and  B10EV plugs just past 100hrs and still going

strong.

leads, no R in the plug. Leaned out as far as she will go without

RPM when cruising.

I know it 'sounds right' to lean the engine to the no-rpm-drop point but

if

you go a bit further with the leaning, the fuel burn goes down much

faster

than the rpm.  The 2-3 knots of airspeed loss (if at WOT) is a small

price

to pay for the reduced fuel burn.  If not at WOT, just open the throttle

a

bit more to compensate for the lean mixture drop.

Also, do you have a mixture monitor and if so, what is it reading at

your

cruise setting?

    What fuel are you using? Leaded or unleaded? My O2 sensor is still
working after approx 100 hours of 100 LL but my spark plugs appear to be
lead fouled in as little as 20 hours.
