What Models and years.
I'm awaiting password etc from Slauson and have a good contact in South
Australia but don't want to ring them without having all the info.

TIA

While I was traveling around Oz I saw very few what we call full
size Ford pickup trucks here in the states. The C6 auto tx was and
variations of are still used in full size Ford V8 cars and pick up
trucks starting about 30 years ago as I recall. Don Dunbar ordered
his from the states. I suspect they were never imported into Oz.
Used parts in good shape are as little as $20. Probably less
than $150 for new parts. Try Cal Tex Auto Transmission parts.

G'day George,
C6's came with Ford F100 (auto g'bx) and some of the early auto Fairlains.

Hi George,
I am sorry I have not answered you earlier. I can give you the part number from the Slauson catalouge when I get home later today. The gear
box is actualy called an ED4 from memory. They are out of the Ford F350 ute, the early models where imported into Australia but they all
had the 4 planetary carrier. I think it is pre 1993 they they used the 6 planetary.
Regards Don
