Vance,   does .9R refer to  the radius at 90% of the blade length?
I just packed  the prop for short term storage but if the offer still
stands a few months from now, I would be appreciate it.   I figure if
a 200 hp Lycoming can turn it, my 220 plus rotary can do the same.
To convert from pusher to tractor, the hub was reversed  by drilling
the dowel holes on the opposite side and filling the old holes.

I think you will have a little problem if you simply put the prop on
backwards trying to make a tractor into a pusher.  Unless you change the
direction of rotation of the engine, all you do is get a less efficient
prop, but still a tractor, and it will sound a little different.  Think of
it as a nut on a bolt.  You can turn the nut over, but it still works the
same.

Changing the direction of rotation is what is happening here Bob.
The prop was originally for a Lyc.
