Hi, Paul....I have my 13B mounted on my SQ2000, and I find that the alternator needs to be
relocated, and the water pump neck is too tall to fit the cowling without making an unsightly,
draggy "bump" in the cowling.  I seem to recall recently a photo of another builder's solution
where the alternator was moved to the side, and a much lower water pump neck was used. Any
info/pictures available that might help?  Attached is a picture of what I presently have. Thank

Yep. Happens alot of the time. Well I did some surgery
on my pump. Here is a picture. 

I don't recommend putting the press cap here anymore. I think Ian's 
system would work better.
