These bolts are in a very high stress position and I could only find them at
a Mazda dealer.

The local dealer had them for $3.89.  I discovered later that I also needed the backing plate
(washer plate between the bolts and flywheel).  My dealer wanted $31.  I went to
www.mazdaformance.com  (Marc had referred us there before, then known as Haas Motors, I think) who
would sell it to me for $9.96.   They called me back to tell me Mazda had to back order this from
Japan.  He was thoughtful enough to have searched the dealer database and found there are only two
of these in stock at US dealers, and gave me the phone number for the one nearest.  I ordered it
for $21 plus shipping. A+ for mazdaformance.com.

I expected that the bolts might be something special, but they are a standard grade 8 flange
head.

Where is a good source or metric bolts that has a complete selection (flange head, buttonhead
allen, etc).  I think a place was posted here awhile back, but I haven't been able to find it.
